When an item is missing from your order, first view your invoice to be sure that no notes were made informing you that an item will be coming at a later time. If there are no notes on your order, contact support by email at support@thewholecountrycaboodle.com or call us at 641-435-2559 (closed on weekends).

Our team does their very best to provide you with a professional and complete kit. Because each kit is constructed individually and by hand, there are occasions when a piece might be short or there is a missing item. Please inspect your kit as soon as it arrives. The sooner you can bring these discrepancies to our attention, the better.

If you need an additional laser precut piece, please contact us and provide as much information as possible about the piece you’re looking for. We’ll do our best to help!

In some cases, the fusible backing may come off with the release paper. If this happens, simply place it back on the fabric, press with an iron, and allow it to cool before handling.

If you are having trouble downloading your files, did not receive your download, or are experiencing issues with your download codes, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as download emails can sometimes end up there.

Downloads are also stored in your account and can be accessed anytime under My Downloads.

If you placed an order on our previous website (before April 1, 2026), please contact us, and we’ll be happy to send you a copy of your order or resend your download link.

We are located in Nashua, IA. While we do not have a brick-and-mortar retail store, our website is available 24/7 for shopping.

Yes, fabric is sold by the yard. Simply select the number of yards you’d like (for example, choose 4 for 4 yards), and you will receive one continuous cut of fabric.

Our embroidery files are designed specifically to be used with our laser precut appliqués. They are not formatted for traditional tack and trim appliqué using fabric scraps, so the laser precut pieces are required.

Additional laser precut packs are available for purchase if you would like to create more. Embroidery files are only available with the purchase of our laser precut appliqués. Formats include PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3, and VIP.

Our website makes it easy to browse products by using filters like Product Type, Theme, and Collection.

Product Type helps you shop by what kind of item you are looking for, such as appliqué, patterns, kits, fabric by the yard, panels, notions, and more.

Theme lets you sort by style or subject, including categories like animals, holidays, kids/juvenile, everyday, and more.

Collections can be a little more specific. These filters sort products by fabric collections, product groups such as book panels or specific appliqués, and full project programs.

Shipping + Returns

Shipping is $8.50 to any order in the United States on retail orders.

Free shipping will automatically be applied to all domestic retail orders over $150. Simply add over $150 to your cart and you will see the discount while checking out. NOTE: Retail & US orders only.

We do not accept returns.

If you’ve purchased too many of an item or need to adjust your order, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most of our shipments. We will occasionally choose UPS or FedEx for larger shipments. If you prefer UPS or FedEx, please call, email, or leave a note with your order. Shipping with one of these alternate methods may result in additional shipping charges.  For international shipments, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We are able to fill and ship the majority of online orders within 3-5 business days after we receive them. If you are a U.S. customer, your order will likely arrive within 5-8 business days of shipment.

Wholesale

To sign up, click on Wholesale > Wholesale Sign-up in the main menu and fill out your business information. Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email within a few days with your login details and wholesale terms.

After you receive the email with your username, click Log in at the top of the website and enter the email or username provided. A code will be sent to your email for secure access.

Wholesale pricing will automatically appear on all eligible products once your account is approved.

To log in, use the same email or username from the previous site. There is no password required. Instead, a secure login code will be sent to your email each time you sign in.

We have a minimum order of 3 per pattern or kit (no $ minimum).

No, not all products are available for wholesale pricing. Patterns and laser precut appliqué packs are available for wholesale (this does not include digital downloads).

Some smaller kits are also available. Larger quilt kits and fabric are not offered for wholesale, as we know many shops prefer to use their own fabrics when creating kits.

We design fabric for Henry Glass Fabrics. If you see a collection you love, please contact your fabric rep, distributor, or Henry Glass Fabrics directly to place an order.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. At this time, we do not offer free shipping on wholesale orders.
